In this video I teach you the pattern of a half-wheel skirt.
We place the square at a right angle, draw the two lines and call the angle A.
 From angle A we have to distance ourselves to calculate the waist which is the waist circumference measurement x 1 / 3-1. Eg. cm. 68: 3 = cm. 22.6-1 = 21.6cm.
We mark here from the corner A cm. 21,6 we go to the other line and always from the angle A we calculate cm. 21.6.
Now we have to calculate many small segments from angle A, always spacing cm. 21.6.
We approach the other point B so we join these segments. This is the waist circumference.
Now let's calculate the skirt length.
From point B we calculate the desired length, from a mini to a long skirt. Now we decide that our skirt length is cm. 45, so from point B we calculate cm. 45. 
We move with the centimeter along the waist circumference and calculate cm. 45 creating many segments that we will then join; 
we extend the lines then we begin to join the segments and here is the half-wheel skirt designed!

Now let's proceed with cutting out the pattern.
Arriving at point B we cut out the waist circumference, we arrive at point C and we cut out the hem. And here's the model.

Now I show you the positioning on fabric.
We place the model on double fabric, with the right side inside and the center front of the model on the closed side. We pin the pattern to the fabric. 
We begin to mark 1 centimeter from the waistline with tailor's chalk, for the seam remodeling, while in the center back we mark 2 centimeters.
From the hem we mark 1 centimeter because it will be finished with a hem or a small fold.
Then it will be packed with a belt and the skirt is ready !!
